On 3 April 2022, the Secretary for Security, Mr TANG Ping-keung, led colleagues of the Fire Services Department (FSD), Honorary Commissioners of the FAST Connect (Fire and Ambulance Services Teen Connect), heads of the disciplined services and auxiliary services departments and their colleagues, representatives of the Independent Police Complaints Council as well as leaders and representatives of youth uniformed groups of other disciplined services departments to distribute anti-epidemic service bags (service bags) to residents in Sham Shui Po, appealing them to fight the virus together.
